  • Connected Platform Data: When establishing OAuth connections (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Google), we receive explicit permission tokens. We only store the tokens necessary to fulfill the automated workflows you authorize.
  • Customer Audience Data: To facilitate campaigns, our system processes your end-customer data (synced from platforms like Shopify). This data is strictly firewalled by tenant and only used for your specific campaign executions.

3. Use of Data

RevGen-Marketz uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer care and support
  • To monitor the usage of the Service ensuring system stability

4. Third-Party App Authorizations (APIs)

Our system requires requesting robust API permissions to automate marketing functions. RevGen-Marketz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google, TikTok, or Meta APIs will adhere to those respective platforms' User Data Policies. RevGen-Marketz limits the use of this data strictly to providing or improving user-facing features. We do not sell this data.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. All sensitive API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Row Level Security (RLS) policies govern all database interactions to ensure tenant-isolation.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
